"Absolutely Horrible. No one answers, no one gets back to you. Rates increased over 150% in two years. No accidents no tickets. We are (one over 50/other over 60). A deer hit the car weeks ago, no help, they say they totalled the car. Only had a mirror nocked off, but they again give no $$$$ and never answer the phone. Can not "surrender" the car at the office, they know nothing. (their own words) And no one ever answers at the 800 number. A total sham. Do not waste your time. they are thieves and liars. don't even know who keith is never got back to me the two times i needed him to in the 4 years i've had this horrible "insurance""

"I hate State Farm with a passion! Last year I signed up for an auto policy started at $105 then the next month it was $132 and the next it was $180 without any kind of heads up from this agency. I had a BOP also I canceled it before the next due date. I then received a bill for a service charge 2x the amount I pay each month! I know so many people who had so many problems with State Farm at claim time. STAY AWAY at all cost. Even if it’s cheaper the first month it’s going to go up!"

"I had been with State Farm-Keith Holland for 5 or 6 years, and out of those 5 or 6 years, I had two accidents. My first accident wasn't an issue as far as being handled because it was a minor fender bender. My second accident resulted in totaling my car. I understand that the agent isn't the only one involved when it comes to totaling a vehicle, but it was one of THE WORST experiences of my life. I was the one calling corporate every day because nothing was getting handled, and no one was following up. This went on for 30 DAYS! When everything was all said and done, I was told "you better be glad we didn't drop you Emily". At the time, all I wanted to do was leave my insurance company, but I felt bad because they'd just paid out for my car. My insurance went up, as expected, but close to one year later, my insurance went up $35 more dollars a month. When I called the find out why, no one called me back, so I dropped my insurance with State Farm and went with Geico. My insurance was set to come out the following day, at the new rate, so I would assume the new rate is covering the coming month. When I called my agent to find out when I would get my check back, I was told that I wouldn't be getting one back. He said that it was for last month. If I was paying for last month, then the new premium shouldn't come in effect until the next month's payment, and he said he understood, but I more than likely wouldn't be getting anything back. My last couple of years with this agent have been nothing but a nightmare. When your client, who pays EVERY month and is the reason you have a business, calls, you need to do everything you can to give them a solid answer. I'm not sure who/what is at fault, but I will NEVER go back to State Farm, and if I were to, it definitely wouldn't be with this agent."
